We live in a world of connections - interconnected relationships created through the interactions we choose (human, non-human, thoughts, words, objects, etc.). These connections are represented in the relationships we maintain emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, our leisure time, with family, with friends, in out careers, with school, etc. By nature, we experience these relationships at a Micro level (in your face, up close and personal!). When crisis or uncertainty enters one or more of these connections, we feel out of harmony. The Micro viewpoint tends to skew and limit available solutions by blurring our perceptions further through our emotions, biases, judgments, beliefs, and the interpretations of the same in others.
Helping others to reestablish a harmonized perception of their potential is my mission. My name is Michelle Villarreal, and I am privileged that you have landed here. My education includes a BA in Psychology with certifications in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and as a Life Coach. However, it is my unique life experiences meeting client needs in multiple settings (individually and in groups) that has led to a transition into Life Coaching. My aim is to help clients to focus their vision from a perspective that increases awareness and generates meaningful answers.

Perception is everything. Lets use the picture above as an example. If I told you this picture was taken in a very cold place, you would likely see an iceberg. Fair enough, because we often associate cold with ice. However, the picture is actually clouds from 40,000 feet, which is much colder at an average -94 degrees (F) versus the 0 degree iceberg. Coaching aims to take what you perceive about your issue and manuver it around until it inspires an answer that harmonizes with your goals.

I am so excited you landed here.
The coaching approach that led to creating WeBeOne Inspired is founded on the premise that our perception at any given moment regarding any relationship, motivates our response to it, thus creating our experiences. If any relationship is out of harmony it generates the question, How do I fix it?
The good news is that this question is in a universal language and we have all repeated it daily. It's a survival technique we subconsciously activate and the majority of the time can instantly respond to. The key to using this technique is to bring it to a conscious level during times the question appears to not have an answer.
This is where coaching can help. It doesn't have to be a professional coach. Sometimes, it is enough to just hash over the situation with a friend or significant other. However, the benefit of seeking out a coach is the certainty you can count on. Though each coach likely brings their own style, you can count on them to lead you toward the self-awareness and clarity needed when addressing life issues. As long as you speak your truth, the coach's goal will be to guide you to a actionable perspective and a new resilience leaving you empowered.
As I look at the picture to the left, I am reminded of my purpose for coaching. To fully appreciate if the sun is rising or setting, you have to travel with the photographer to experience the direction they are looking, whether they are facing east or west. The photographers perspective is the only one that leads to an answer. It's a reminder of the importance to travel in eachothers shoes. This amplifies the purpose behind WeBeOne Inspired, as with an empathetic spirit I will commit to join you on your path. I can provide a judgement free zone and with deep listening we can share a purpose and a confidence that harmony awaits your efforts and you can inspire the answers you seek.
